A job aid is a tool that I often use to supplement an e-Learning course. It is customizable and can be provided to learners upon completion of an e-Learning course to reinforce the training material.  This course was designed to improve the productivity of employees working either hybrid or remotely for a talent agency who has recently made the switch to reduce operational costs. The job aid is a reminder for when to use specific virtual tools for tasks in order to increase collaboration between team members but also improve time management.

ProBlue Architecture wanted to provide a structured training program so employees who wanted to advance in the company could upskill using an e-Learning training.  This video is the introduction to the "Mastering Project Management" professional Development series.  The series is designed to improve timely project completion by 20%.
